Commonly asked questions and answers!

What is a Good Booth Design?

Over the years many exhibitors have discovered just how important a good booth design and an inviting atmosphere are to sales. A great booth design will display your product to its best advantage, invite customers into your booth and increase your sales. Customers are drawn to a well-lit and attractive booth. They take more time to investigate your product and are more likely to spend money in a
booth that offers a pleasant shopping experience.

How should my booth be arranged?

Flexibility is a key ingredient to consider when designing your booth. The size of your space can vary from each show. A flexible booth will allow you some mobility within your space, in case you encounter some unforeseen restrictions.

What should I wear?

What you wear enhances your booth design! When someone walks into your booth, you only have a few seconds to engage the customer in an effort to make a sale. If you wear an interesting, fun outfit, you enhance your booth, plus you will also enhance your sales!

How can I increase my show success?

We want you to be successful at the shows we produce! With many years of producing consumer shows, our experienced management team recognizes those elements
that will ensure you a successful show. We have listed them for your benefit:

  • Well-trained, exuberant, “meet the people” sales team representing your product or service.
  • A dynamic, beautiful exhibit. Create a booth that invites the consumer to come in. You’ll find your sales will increase with an inviting, colorful, well-lit booth. The
public’s first impression of you is usually their last. The aesthetics and look of your booth are crucial to your success. Attract attention. Get the public into your
booth. This can be accomplished with a great looking booth and something unusual that ties in with your product or service, but don’t overuse your decorations
or fill your booth with a lot of clutter. Make a bold statement.
  • Show the public the actual product or service in action. Show them how you make that special craft. Let them work your one-of-a-kind gadget. Appeal to their
sense of sight, touch and sound. Show them the best way to utilize or display your product. Be active and interactive.
  • Sponsor a drawing for your product or service. Obtain leads with vigor. Start a mailing list to capture the names of people interested in your product or services.
  • Offer incentives to buy at the show such as show discounts.
  • Do not block the front of your booth with a table, forcing the public to talk with you in a crowded aisle rather than in the booth.
  • Treat your display layout with the same care and thought as you would your store location.
  • Be aggressively friendly!
