• Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Sponsors have the first right of refusal to retain the same level of sponsorship at future events.
• All deposits and final payments are due prior to inclusion of sponsor's information/logo in any printed materials.
• All deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
